Coordinated tenders, guests and crew
Every pickup, drop-off, ETA and guest movement tracked across chats. The bridge knows where the tenders are and who is on board — without asking.
BridgeOpsX is an intelligent operations system for yachts of 50 metres and above — trained on your specific vessel, running on board, owned by you. We are selecting three founder partner vessels for 2026 to shape the next generation of bridge intelligence.
Three vessels of 50 metres and above will be selected as Founder Partners for 2026. Each receives a bespoke intelligence trained on their yacht, commissioned alongside the founder, and the privilege of shaping the system every other vessel will use.
On a large yacht, the day runs through bridge ops, deck, interior, engineering, tenders and support vessels — almost entirely through informal messaging. The captain and bridge team receive important information from many chat groups at the same time. When operations peak, the multitasking becomes unmanageable.
BridgeOpsX reads every chat the captain doesn't have time to read. It makes sense of the operational picture in real time and presents one live view to the bridge — and a filtered view to each department.
Every pickup, drop-off, ETA and guest movement tracked across chats. The bridge knows where the tenders are and who is on board — without asking.
A live operational picture for the captain, the watch, and the engine control room. A four-hour watch handover brief that writes itself.
Every safety-relevant signal timestamped and threaded. A complete record for the office, the broker, and the insurer when it matters.
Each installation is trained on the vessel it serves — its terminology, its crew structure, its routines, its guests' preferences. The result is an assistant that understands the yacht, not a generic chatbot pointed at it. And it is not locked to any one builder.
A dedicated model trained on the conversations, operations and patterns of your vessel. The longer it runs, the better it gets — and only for you.
The model, the data, and the hardware live on board. Nothing is sent to a third-party cloud. You can read the audit trail and you can switch it off.
Designed around bridge workflows — watch, handover, tender ops, hazard reports. Retrofitted to any yacht of 50 m or more, regardless of who built it.
On-board hardware is installed in the server room or on the bridge and joins your yacht's network. No cloud account to create, no app for the crew to learn.
From the first day on board, the system learns your vessel — its terminology, its crew, its routines, its guests' preferences. The model is yours.
The crew chat as they always have. The captain and officers read one live dashboard instead of multiple conversations.
Captain sees everything. Bridge, ECR and department dashboards filter to what matters for each role — interior, deck, engineering, captain.
Each installation starts where it should and grows on the same hardware. For 2026, applications are open at the Founder Pilot tier.
Superyacht operations demand discretion. The architecture reflects that.
All processing happens on the vessel's hardware. Operational and guest data never leaves the yacht.
Your model is local. No external service — AI or otherwise — has visibility into your operations.
A structured, timestamped record of operations, hazards and decisions — read by the bridge, the office, or no-one. Your call.
BridgeOpsX was started by a working megayacht first officer. The product is built from direct operational experience on one of the largest private yachts at sea — not adapted from an office tool.
Developed alongside research engineers at Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech) and Estonia's AI and software community — combining maritime operational experience with applied AI research.
